McJournaling

So far, tracking food intake has been a bit of an eye opener. Not that I'm surprised about the food, but surprised at how much I skip when I know I had to journal it. Also surprised that my calorie count can swing about 1000 calories day-to-day. I'm tracking food groups as well since I am far from a balanced eater.

We'll see how it goes... it can't kill me.
