Hump Day

I get why it's called that. Wednesday has become the hardest day of the week. If you can make it through Wednesday, the rest of the week is easy...

I'm not consistent but I've tried walking more. Seems like I need to do 1.5-2.5miles to really get results. I did a 3.6 mile hop from downtown, down riverside drive, and back downtown last wednesday and it was killer. Smart planning wouldn't have put the uphill leg last. Smart planning also wouldn't have done it on the aforementioned "hum day" either.

Even at 3.6miles, I still never got to walk on the new trails.

Blah.

I did snap a picture, however.
